How do I upgrade to a premium account?
    Fill out the upgrade form

Who can have an account at Paulding Homes?
You must be 18 years of age, legally competent, and have reached the age of majority where you live. If you do not qualify for an account on your own, a person who does qualify can have an account for you, but that person remains legally responsible for anything you do.

If someone sponsors an account for you, and you are a juvenile, you must set up the account in a neighborhood reserved for younger webmasters. Similarly, if you are not human, you must set up the account in the Planimals neighborhood.

    What's the "One Website" rule?
The free websites here are offered primarily as an enticement to purchase premium websites. If the free website is sufficient to meet your needs, please use it without feeling guilty.

However, if you need more space than is included in the free website, opening multiple websites is not permitted. You need to switch to premium hosting.

Even there are seven people, three dogs, and someone from Mars living in your household, it's still only one free website. If you have a vacation home, you still only get one free website. If you live in a dormitory, your regular home, rather than the dorm, is considered your household.

If you have one or more premium websites, you are still allowed one free website.

Can I have a commercial website at Paulding Homes?
    Yes.

If your business is selling wholesale or retail goods and services, you should locate in the Downtown neighborhood.

Someone who is other than simply a reseller - say, someone who sells foods he makes or grows, or repairs dolls, or sculpts - may locate in any appropriate neighborhood.
