I wish that I could be a star
I would shine so bright
every night
Just where you are.

You could look up in the sky and
Gaze upon my splendor
It might help you remember
Words you should have said
A long time ago.

But, no, I won't be up there forever

For I will be a fallen star
That will remind me of words
