I took this image size 400x400 to ImageM.

Go to fx and put -60 check implode....hit effect hit fx again hit effect and you will have background ready.
Go to composite next.Enter same url.. center...multiply...1250%I resized to 300x375.That size seems to fit well in this kind o page.
Optimize if you want.No lower than quality 30.
